Return Policy
1. Return Window
We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. Any requests submitted after this period will be automatically rejected.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it.
- Original tags must be intact and attached.
- Must be returned in the original packaging.
- Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your Account Dashboard.
- Navigate to your Order History and select the item you wish to return.
- Fill out the Return Request form, specifying the reason and providing photos if the item is defective.
- Wait for Admin approval (usually within 24-48 hours).
- Once approved, you will receive a printable shipping label.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via Razorpay and automatically credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
